Central Kurdish (Sorani) course for beginners (22.Feb. 2021)
Our focus will be on:
Central Kurdish alphabet
The Personal pronouns, and greetings in Kurdish
Present simple sentence
Question, answer and negative in present
Reading and listening
Numbers and Personal suffixes
Jobs and places in Kurdish
Telling a mobile number and some common sentences
Definite, indefinite, linking words
Singular and plural
Common Kurdish verbs and using them in meaningful present and future sentences.
Past simple in Kurdish.
Reading short stories
* The course will be taught online via Google Meet.
Northern Kurdish (Kurmanji) Course for beginners 22 Feb. 2021
Our focus will be on:
Northern Kurdish (Kurmanji) alphabet
The Personal pronouns, and greetings in Kurdish
Present simple sentence
Question, answer and negative in present
Reading and listening
Numbers and Personal suffixes
Jobs and places in Kurdish
Telling a mobile number and some common sentences
Definite, indefinite, linking words
Singular and plural
Common Kurdish verbs and using them in meaningful contexts.
Past simple in Kurdish.
* The course will be taught online via Google Meet.

* THE COURSES WILL BE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH BY DR. HEWA S. KHALID, LECTURER AT KURDISH LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT AT KOYA UNIVERSITY. HE HAS A PHD IN KURDISH LANGUAGE TEACHING.
* We have daily quiz and the instructor will be in touch with students to answer their questions and check their quizzes.

Hello, I would love to join a Sorani Kurdish class. I know some words but am very much a beginner. I am in Central Standard Time. I also work during the day. Is there a course I could join in the evening or weekends?
